APINoEngineINI

Entry in the NOTES.INI.
This is used to determine whether a tloapi1.ini is to be taken into account berücksichtigt
If the entry is 1, tloapi1.ini is ignored.
If the entry is 0, tloapi1.ini is examined or taken into account.
Default = 1.
